Jake Tuimaualuga

Jacob “Jake” Tuimaualuga is the founder of ImmiVisa Law Group, a specialized team of immigration lawyers that helps corporations, small businesses, investors, and individuals navigate the United States immigration system. Jake has always had a deep appreciation for immigration law, and he knew from an early age that this was the field he wanted to pursue as his career.

Jake focuses his practice on employment-based transactional cases, including both nonimmigrant visas (i.e. E-1, E-2, H-1B, H-2A, H-2B, L-1, O-1, P-1, etc) and permanent residence applications (i.e. PERM, national interest waivers, EB-1, EB-2, EB-5, etc). He has also developed internet marketing and technology platforms that give investors, immigration consultants, and project owners/issuers the ability to reach qualified EB-5 and E2 investors.

A Utah native, Jake is a graduate of Brigham Young University and received his Juris Doctorate from the J. Reuben Clark Law School. He is licensed to practice in the state of Utah and is a member of the American Bar Association and the Utah Bar Association. Outside of his legal practice, Jake is a volunteer and compliance chair at Pik2ar, a nonprofit organization that helps Pacific Islanders succeed in business and life.
